Mike started SOPHISTICATED SYSTEM SOFTWARE, INC., twenty years ago because after nearly four years of 80+ hour weeks founding a start-up, he wanted to see his family again. He also felt that even with the long hours, he was being challenged to use all his skills at most 15% of the time. He's now very happy playing with his kids and drawing on his diverse skills nearly all of the time.

Les Hemmingson, Principal Consultant

Les has been associated with SOPHISTICATED SYSTEM SOFTWARE, INC., for sixteen years, both as an employee and an assistant on various projects.  Les particularly enjoys the variety of challenges we regularly deal with.
